Do výrobní automotive společnosti hledáme zkušeného obchodního zástupce, který se nebojí výzev :)



Firma má velký potenciál rozvíjet se i do jiných oblastí, proto hledáme parťáka, který nemusí mít zkušenosti z automotive.






  • Active in market to find new customers, new applications, new segments: business development will be the main activity



  • Be responsible for the sales management process at account level : constant contacts with customers to get feedback, understand market positioning; Check RfQ customers feedback. New requirements, projects / Adapt pricing groups and items availability in eShop+ / Leads management on website / Qualitative adequacy sales performance and culture (sales/result orientation, customer-driven culture, finance, etc) , negotiation ability to manage contracts/spot sales



  • Fully accountable for driving annual revenue, profitability estimates to achieve the desired results at unit level



  • Full align about what company can offer to our customer (products / services) and know competitors offers and related company competitive advantages / drawbacks



  • Monitoring the market to identify business trends and competitive sales and marketing activities



  • Drives the price activity



  • Responsible to manage Customer needs/satisfaction / Implementation of customer partnerships (co-developments, EDIs, etc) / Optimized value chain management (final customers / distributors / 1st transformation / prescriptors);



  • Able to find in piles of complex data meaningful correlations to solve the needs of the customers and drive business.
    Ensure all sales activities are compliant with applicable laws and regulations unique to each market and company Compliance & Legal standards



  • Perform account planning and forecasting activities with the goal of optimizing companies’s results


Profil kandidáta



  • Bachelor degree minimum, preferably in engineer or business management,



  • More than 5 years of Sales Experience in a B2B environment preferably in the stainless steel business, stainless steel tubes will be an asset.



  • Able to influence and capable of effectively working with others by understanding their needs in a complex world and being the catalyst for transformation



  • Proactive, curious and creative always looking for innovative approaches to existing and new challenges / Think "out of the box", propose and implement innovative solutions



  • Ability to connect and use the best resources available, wherever they are located and beyond boundaries. Always connected to the market and the rest of company to inform and be informed (anticipate, react / interact with customers, learn internal best practices,..)



  • Able to get into the head of the customer and fully understand his needs / Always a step ahead, anticipate moves of competitors and suppliers, customers' needs and environmental changes



  • Capable to react fast in a changing environment to continuously stay ahead of the competition



  • Owner of their choices and behaviors



  • Unlocking your ability to quickly adapt your behaviour, way of working and organization, to fit the fast moving environment and new challenges



  • Capable of effectively working with others by understanding their needs in a complex world



  • Compliance oriented person



  • Advance English language level, German would be an advantage





  • Google Cloud knowledge preferably
