To support our Diabetes Business Unit, we are looking for a full time talented and competitive Inside Sales Specialist.

Tasks for this role will include:

• Responding to inbound web or phone enquiries
• Making proactive outbound calls and contacts via email and digital channels
• Understanding market, customer needs and requirements
• Providing practical advice and support to remove barriers to product and therapy adoption, adherence and retention
• Providing meaningful information and guidance to enhance behaviors and knowledge
• Knowing our products, providing basic product support to our customers
• Generating lists of opportunities to nurture from existing databases
• Performing analysis on progresses and reporting results and highlights on a weekly basis
• Nurturing database and information
• Liaising on regular basis with sales, marketing and customer care team (i.e. he/she routes qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development; he/she raises proposals for improvement and further development for the activities he/she leads)
• Supporting new Customer Experience projects; mapping and improving existing and new processes.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum of 1 year in a frontline customer support and/or a pre-sales or sales advisory role requiring lead cultivation and management
• Sales attitude & contributing to innovative lead generation initiatives within legal framework
• Proven capability in 'softer selling' skills - must be skilled at "winning trust", "advising" and 'selling to'
• Proven ability and aptitude for providing clear and effective pre-sales advice and support to prospective customers in relation to a complex product or service
• Proven ability to record and present information clearly and in concise, grammatically correct language - both verbally and written
• Health care market, customer needs and requirements as a plus.
• Good analytical skills
• Strong/fluent oral and written language skills
• Strong team player attitude
• Comfortable and proficient using headset and computer simultaneously to navigate between screens and software to required information and customer data, and to input text and data accurately while on-call
• Advantage is experience of CRM/SAP systems and/or Sales Force.com
• Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to travel, make field visits and work outside of business hours
