Job description, responsibilities and duties

IT strategy definition, setting and implementation
IT costs forecasting, tracking and controlling
Steering and management of SAP implementation projects in the Group
Manage accessibility of the Group systems (network, data communication, internet, VPN, mail) and business related applications (SAP, BPC, EDI)
External IT vendors and subcontractors coordination
Launching of the IT systems especially SAP and infrastructure in new locations
Leading world-wide IT projects especially SAP and overall IT support to business needs
Group Software management and licensing
Group Hardware management (local hardware management up to the plant)
Leading the Group IT team with the support of Group IT infrastructure & ERP Mgr
Supporting business in proposing/implementing/managing new IT solutions/enhancements especially SAP

English - Intermediate (B1)

Min 5 years of experience in similar role with SAP support in automotive supplier industry
Target orientation, pragmatism, problem solving
Hands on approach
Proven strong leadership experience
Excellent Communication,
Experience in coaching, training
Analytical approach
Project Management
Fluent in English, any other language would be a plus
