Job Description
Be responsible for Customer Service department for Czech and Polish markets
Deliver customer driven targets, by ensuring the requirements of the clients are continuously met and exceeded
Lead and develop the team and ensure they are delivering a high standard of customer service
Adjust team strategies and initiatives to suit evolving customer requirements and opportunities for improvement, by developing and utilizing tools, processes, procedures
Continually strive for excellence by building and maintaining strong relationships with internal departments
Monitor customer sales plan, quota, credit limits, overdue payments, and taking action when needed
Demonstrate and drive high commitment to quality in all intractions and behaviors, ensure awareness and compliance with best-in-class standards

The Successful Applicant
Higher education, Preferably in Logistics, Economics, Finance or other relevant
Experience in leading, developing, and motivating a team of Customer Service professionals
Proven track of record in change management, process design and implementation in Customer Service area
Excellent understanding of Supply Chain, P2P, O2C, and other Financial processes; capability to expand thinking to end-to-end supply chain
Knowledge of IT-tools used in customer service (MS Office, SAP R/3 sales receivables, SAP APO and others)
Positive, proactive and customer focused attitude, ability to quickly analyze situations and solve problems
Good communication and strong people skills - a team player, comfortable in an international matrix set-up
Ability to perform under pressure and handle several tasks simultaneously with high quality
Fluency in English, Polish or Czech language will be an advantage
Availability for frequent business travels
