Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Laboratory Supervisor for a responsible position to a gold mine close by Raahe.
We are offering an interesting position in a new growing company.
Your duties:
• You will organise and direct the daily activities of the laboratory.
• You are responsible for supervising laboratory personnel, and ensuring their safety and comfort.
• You will conduct quality control, and oversee the collecting, analysing and interpreting of laboratory results.
• You will manage the laboratory inventory, and the purchase of supplies.
• You will work with the company engineers and management in continually improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the mine.
Requirements:
• Good command of the English language
• Suitable education
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Furthermore, it is highly appreciated if you have experience in the field of mining.
