Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Maintenance Superintendent to work for our client, Nordic Gold.
We are offering an interesting position in a new growing company.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Superintendent will be responsible for the effective and safe operation of the maintenance and fixed plant maintenance and associated infrastructure incorporating planning, development, optimisation and production of the mineral processing operation for the gold mine in compliance with government and statutory requirements.
Your duties:
• Lead the Processing Team and actively supervise the performance of employees of the department
• Identify, select, develop and retain top talent within the department
• Develop Business Plan and Budgets
• Oversee, review/audit regulatory compliance
• Establish and maintain the assets to produce gold at or better than budget
• Establish and manage capital projects
• Manage and facilitate document control for Processing department
