Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to
provide operational support to our healthcare customers on daily basis for back office Services and Solutions Delivery department in multinational environment, covering administrative activities of the Billing and Planned Maintenance area.

You are responsible for:
• Coordinating with other departments activities necessary to complete end to end process.
• Issuing invoices and credit notes for contracts and time & material items.
• Key element to provide resolution to potential system errors.
• Creating plans of long term maintenance for installed products.
• Balancing conflicting demands in the area of business obligations.
• Communicating and confirming with the customer the maintenance plans based on contracts and maintenance requirements.

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Czech - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Professional experience in fields related to customer service/ supply chain/ accounting operations or equivalent.
• Fluent Czech and very good level of English.
• Comprehensive PC skills. Knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Problem solving mindset with ability to identify improvement opportunities.
• Interpersonal skills required in interactions with internal and external customers.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Skill in prioritizing tasks are required.
• Good organizational skills and aptitude for details.
