Project Assistant

Project Assistants (PA) are responsible for providing project administrative support to Managers, Associates on designated project teams.You must be able to prioritise and work well within a multi-national team environment and have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and preferably PowerPoint.

Main duties will include, but will not be limited to working with assigned clinical research project teams to assist in meeting the desired project goals, milestones and deliverables.

You will also:
• Create and maintain company files to ensure files are up to date, compliant and audit ready
• Develop and maintain assigned data points within the clinical database according to the established conventions and streamlining tool for the project within specified time frames
• Assist in review of regulatory documents for proper content

Candidate Requirements:

* Previous industry experience
* Bachelors degree or higher (life-science degree will be considered as advantage)
* Excellent English skills (both written and spoken)
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package
* Strong interpersonal skills and high attention for detail
* Ability to work both in a team and independently
* Good organizational skills and strong attention to details
* Excellent knowledge of Czech language
