IT Project Manager for HR systems

We are looking for a new colleague for our team GPS (Group People Systems – center of excellence for Raiffeisen Bank International), who is good at project management, has an IT experience, analytical thinking and is fluent in English.

• You are going to be responsible for the technical part of our HR system (data security, datafeed management), lead small improvement projects (typically integrations with others internal systems), or help with the rollout of the mobile version

of the system.

• You will manage technical implementations in other countries of the RBI group and communicate with various departments (like IT or HR), with the implementation and project teams and also with the vendor
• You will be ensuring that the system is working well in all the RBI group entities, having their satisfaction permanently at your heart

• Perfect spoken and written English is required. We work internationally and a good command of English is the key to a success of our projects
• Interest in information technologies and experience with project management are necessary
• We are a bank, which means that regulations and data security are essential. The issue of data protection in the cloud is going to be one of the first to solve
• Interest in HR processes will help you in finding your way

• Involvement in international projects with occasional travel across Europe – however, it won’t take you more than 2 days a month
