Regional Sales Manager CZ&SK

For an international company in the field of consumer electronics and security systems we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Regional Sales Manager.

Regional Sales Manager in Czech office, who should have experience in maintaining existing distributors with strategies and data analysis capability; developing Outdoor Hunting and Thermography market.


Job description:

- Maintaining existing partners and cultivating good business relations and the brand penetration
- Develop the target markets, and carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Perform lobbying in associations and interest groups
- Position HikMicro as the preferred product for consultants
- Acquire basic technical knowledge and provide technical support
- Prepare reports required by the management

You should have:

- Bilingual: proficient Czech and fluent English, Chinese is a plus
- Great business sense
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- Prepare market and sales reports required by the management
- A good attitude to undertake multiple tasks and pressure
- Sales or Technical background, 2+ experiences in the security or IT industry is a plus.
- Experience in CZSK Thermography markets is highly preferred
- The ability to be open minded to working in a multi-cultural company
- You have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal ability
- Develop the target markets, and carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Willingness to travel in CZ&SK
