• Processing invoices and payments
• Communicating with customers and purchasing department
• Dealing with various queries related to Accounts Payable to ensure payments are transferred correctly and timely
• Monitoring and reconciliation of assigned vendor accounts
• Cooperating with other internal departments e.g. Accounts Receivable, General Ledger
