What will you do?
• Lead an international back-office team, coach them and motivate them and act as a role model
• Communicate, manage and evaluate KPIs to ensure alignment of the team’s performance with the company’s objectives
• Promote a team environment that is collaborative, aligned and connected with the company
• Consistently manage people management processes related to all elements of the employee’s life cycle
• Answer questions regarding procedures, monitor the activity in the team, take escalation calls, make decisions in critical situations/cases, constantly monitor call/email/chat queue and SLAs
• Ensure the operational needs of the company are achieved through people development and effective application of the rules and processes
