Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance to company’s customers and associates who will reach out to you via phone and email
• Assist new customers with their enquires and setting up accounts
• Process and complete administration of payments
• Deal with issues related to the purchase, delivery or return of the products, ASAP re-orders, administration processes such as bonus forms, name changes on accounts, etc.

Contract: Permanent, 3-month probation period, 1-month notice period
