Job description, responsibilities and duties
Do you know agile principles enough to coach other team mems? We are hiring project & agile enthusiast to drive our Agile Release Train. You are important to our e-commerce development team. Doesn´t matter, if you worked as a project manager, Scrum muster or release engineer before, if you are proactive enough to prepare us for the best agile development practices, we want you in our Brno offices.
What will be your responsibilities?
• Support preparation of vision and backlogs to enable scrum team readiness for PI Planning events.
• Effective planning and leading projects
• Project delivery management
• Coach leaders, teams and Scrum masters in lean-Agile practices and mind set.
• Encourage collaboration across the whole train (ART) to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Managers on Program level
What we expect from you?
• Experience in similar role in software development team
• Excellent knowledge of agile methodologies and principles
• Good leadership skills
• Fluent professional English (written and oral).
• Knowledge or willingness to learn the SAFe framework
• Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
• Willingness to travel abroad for the knowledge transfer and understanding/meeting stakeholders
