Job description, responsibilities and duties
REED is seeking a candidate open for a brand new challenge. If you possess a year or more of experience in Export area, understand general Order processing principles, have a "can do" attitude, speak good English and want to see what lies ahead... this is the chance for you!
Responsibilities:
· Back-office support of Area Sales Managers in daily job
· Controlling dispatches of products - making sure goods ordered by customers are delivered and collected
· Supporting customers if any documents related to dispatches needed
· Checking payments – preparing reports in weekly basis
· Preparing of an Export marketing materials
· Contract management
Requirements:
· At least half a year/ 1 year experience on a similar position
· Advanced level of Excel (PIVOT tables knowledge)
· Ability to work independently, propose solutions, act rationally
· Experience in Shared service centers preferred
· Team player, highly motivated, with "can do" attitude
