Job description, responsibilities and duties
Engineering Excellence Center in Bratislava is looking for motivated individuals who wish to succeed in the position of Senior Project Application Engineer in a highly specialized team of professionals with the focus on safety applications within the projects in process automation.
Key responsibilities:
• provide pre-project, project and post-project engineering services;
• design and implement solutions based on client’s requirements;
• develop control application, human machine interface or safety application;
• prepare project documentation;
• participate in customer acceptance tests, provide on-site support;
• communication with customer;
• work in a team.

• Previous experience with PLC or safety applications;
• 5+ years of relevant experience;
• Experience with engineering/configuration tools - preferably in process automation industry;
• Organization and systematic approach to execute tasks/projects;
• Both verbal and written abilities in English and mother tongue.
Other requirements:
• Being flexible in working on projects and travelling to customers - up to 50%;
• Turbo Machinery Control (TMC) experience is an advantage;
• DCS experience is an advantage;
• Other language is an advantage;
• Training and customer support experience is an advantage;
• MS Excel, MS Access, XML is an advantage;
• One of SQL database is an advantage;
• 5+ years of relevant experience;
