Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for technically oriented self-driven candidate, who can complete our team with delivering results of following tasks:
1. preparing orders for new HW, SW, AD accounts, phones, SIM cards, printers, cartridges
2. configuration of printers, address book management, connecting HW to proper network including initial configuration of devices
3. installing/uninstalling licensed SW with admin consoles (licenses) management
4. resolving issues with provider, business portal management, dealing with phone warranties
5. checking invoices from suppliers - phones, printers, HW, SW
6. Windows server 2012 AD account management, securing server connections, VPN connections, DHCP etc.
7. maintaining and developing databases - HW, SW, Phones, printer counters
8. management of approvals for server and VPN connections
9. troubleshooting of issues related to all kind of HW, SW, connectivity, networks, accounts
10. regular ad hoc reports within area of responsibility
11. providing support to service desk of mother company
12. cancelling AD accounts, server/VPN connections, returning HW to warehouse
13. arrangement of material permits for HW
14. managing the custom made applications and databases - installation, PC configuration, functionality checking
15. arrangement of HW movements within all project areas
16. various SW testing - custom SW to be functional within secured network on domain HW
17. additional supporting activities within HR & Services division in case of request from Manager or CEO
18. covering the Employee Emergency Service in case of need
