Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Create and optimize an accurate, cost effective and timely delivery plan
• Ensure scheduled deliveries are in line with safety and operational procedures and customers
• Ensure the truck diary is correctly set up in scheduling system
• Ensure Supply and product availability issues are reflected in scheduling system set-up
• Allocate orders to trucks
• Liaise with other teams that contribute to the Order to Delivery process
• Primary contact point for the haulers to advise truck drivers of necessary amendments to plan
• Handle customer enquiries to change/amend orders, evaluate the real need and feasibility for scheduling changes, and liaise with scheduling team where appropriate
• Receive urgent order requests and create urgent orders within framework of delivery promise
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints

• Logistics and road delivery operations experience will be additional asset
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to cooperate with other cross-functional teams and work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Quick learner of new IT tools
• Familiarity with Scheduling Systems will be beneficial
• Czech or Slovak min. C1 and English min. B2
