Job description, responsibilities and duties
Excellent opportunity for experienced industrial engineer specialised in Mechanical engineering and manufacturing technology with 10+ years of experience in managing a production plant. Preferably in bar turning &/or mass machining of metal parts.
Candidate should have several years of experience in the production of automotive products according to IATF16949. Lean management and business development. Expertise in the field of smart/digital manufacturing as well as automation.
Candidate will be responsible for 100% automotive production plant with aprox. 140 employees with focus on growth and development and data driven decisions.
This director will have 3 direct reports.
