Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
• Performs tasks related to the respective Production processes. Coordinates and controls processes according to valid standards in order to increase the efficiency of the service activity and customer satisfaction. Designs and produces internal and external reports related to process management.
• Coordinates and organizes activities related to group of colleagues related to daily tasks or small team projects on a regular basis. Provides active on site support, training and development activities for other colleagues. Identifies gaps and deviations in existing processes/instructions and actively defines and implements improvements.

• Lead teleconferences/meetings with all required participants to inform about actions to be taken related to process topics.
• Lead continual process/ service improvement to increase customer satisfaction.
• Coordination/ active participation in respective process communities to increase process awareness to expected levels.
• Coordination/ active participation in process related projects to ensure continuous improvement up to TSI Level.
• Act as interface between process and operational topics to ensure proper communication on expected organizational level.
• Analyze and control regular KPIs and set-up actions in case of deviance to keep quality awareness on expected level.
• Training and mentoring of respective processes to increase process awareness.
• Analyze standard demands and translate them to our internal order processes, if needed clarification of demand directly with customer requestor, creation of solution for HANA building blocks and classic systems. All DCS3 systems are handled via myIT,
Creation of order list for HANA building blocks, Veritas orders, classic and storage changes, SLA changes,
Forward DO description and order list to SDM support for DO creation
• Standard demands are ordering of new Windows, Linux and AIX servers on DCS3 via myIT, storage changes ( increase and decrease of storage ) on DCS3 servers and classic servers via solution and delivery order,
Storage changes for classic servers with connected NAS, BIS or SAN storage,
Slice changes ( increase and decrease of slices ) on DCS3 Servers,
support in case of trouble with decommissioning demands ( application not stopped, storage not empty ) – SA team is then the interface to customer,
SLA changes.

Wage (gross)

815 EUR/monthMinimum base salary 815 € + variable part + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• 2+ year
• MS Office (Excel, Pwer Point, Outlook) - intermediate
• PC skills (HW, SW) - intermediate
• Effective communication skills, analytical thinking, presentation skills, organisational skills
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification

• English (mandatory) B2
• German (advantage) B2

• Experience of IT operations across at least 1 area (e.g. application operation, OS operation, network, storage, etc.),
• Flexibility,
