Job description, responsibilities and duties
Position fitting for an energy market expert who will be part of the company´s strategic team focused on corporate development. He / she will support the company´s top management by proposing the company growth solutions, either by acquisition of new entities/businesses or by implementation of other business development ideas. This means the sought candidate has to have proven track record and relevant contact base in the energy sector and experience with implementing corporate development projects (M&A, investment, outsourcing, new business solutions or product development projects - elektromobility). Our client is a leading international utility company. The position is located in Bratislava.
Major responsibilities:
• Evaluating and delivering new growth possibilities
• Creation of the strategy implementation plan
• Monitoring of the energy market trends
• Analysis of competitors
• Driving strategic restructuring projects, such as M&A, investments, outsourcing, energy solutions
• Co-operation in the elaboration of feasibility and return on investment studies (business case), business plans and funding models of such projects. Cooperation in E+ and G+ development
