Social Media Lead

This role is a data-driven communications function that is essential in driving and leading our content creation and social engagement strategy across 4 banners (www.top4running.com, www.11teamsports.cz, www.top4fitness.com) in 16 countries (...and we still we definitely don't end it)

What awaits you:
Participating with the brainstorming, organization and development of social media opportunities
Growth of social media reach & engagement
Researches, monitors and engages in daily trends and community listening to increase brand awareness to retain relationships with followers
Educating co workers from other disciplines on our social media capabilities and experience
Overseeing social media accounts and initiatives, ensuring excellence in digital services and project/staff efficiencies
Supervising and leading production resources on social media projects

Good to have Social Media Manager skills:
Proven work experience as a Social media manager
Working closely with Country Leads, Business Development and Marketing groups to explore opportunities for new business through social media
Passionate about networking, relationship building, and working with different disciplines across the banners and categories
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Proficient strategic and analytical thinking skills
Knowledge of online marketing channels - keyword research and Google Analytics, etc.
Self-starter with outgoing and results-oriented personality
Excellent communication skills in English
