HR specialist - with a focus on IT and Performance Marketing

In Top4Sport we believe that HR stands for Human Relations and we live by it. As HR Specialists we are not doing only recruitment, but we are responsible for the whole employee lifecycle, from job ads, to offboarding. Besides this, we prepare our small projects in areas we like as education, benefits, employer branding or anything else so our job is as much creative as it is possible.

For us to be sure we truly know our team and managers, every HR has a specific department she/he is responsible for. In your case, we are looking for someone who will look after our IT department (development and data). So if you are interested in those fields let us know!

* Employee lifecycle: Writing job ads, inviting and interviewing candidates, signing contracts, onboarding, people development (education), rewarding (benefits), and retaining or exiting & offboarding.
* People care: Being a partner for Team Leaders and their teams, actively building relationships, and supporting our colleagues to thrive.
* From creative to admin: You are creative when shaping texts and actively sourcing candidates. At the same time, you take care of the back-office & admin task and ensure that the paperwork runs smoothly and employee records are maintained and updated.


This is how we imagine you:

* Ideally, you have experience with hiring in Czechia or Slovakia, specifically in IT. You understand IT terminology and you love the challenge in this area. You think creatively, you have a "headhunter" sense of smell and you are active in reaching candidates and finding new recruitment routes.
* You communicate effectively in English and Czech (or Slovak) - you know how to ask the right questions and when to sit back and listen.
* You are welcoming individual diversity and personality. Building relationships come naturally to you.
* You are seeking to work at a place where your voice is heard and the impact of your actions is visible. Ex.: You are ready to improve or establish effective processes/workflows.
* We are looking for an authentic and open-minded person to join our team.
