Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Responsibility for setting up, controlling and maintaining internal and external logistics
• Preparation of weekly and monthly production plans depending on the volume of orders.
• Controlling process compliance within the company.
• Setting of short and long-term strategy of the company within internal and external logistics as well as possibilities for optimization of resources
• Purchase planning for central warehouses
• Ensure and monitor compliance with material flows of raw materials and packaging as well as storage conditions (internal logistics)
• Ensure collection of some raw materials from the Cuban market
• Set up all processes associated with the distribution of finished products
• Leadership and coordination, motivation of subordinate employees.
• Solving problem situations, taking and implementing corrective measures
