Team Leader Sales

• You lead a team of sales consultants (approx. 5-8 employees)
• You support the team professionally and assist in disciplinary instances
• Together with your team, you handle the entire sales process (from prospecting to contract conclusion); in doing so, you will be responsible for the achievement of your teams’ revenue targets
• You carry out regular monitoring of sales KPIs and identify potential for optimization
• You coach, train, and motivate your team members and actively shape their professional development
• You are responsible for the achievement of the set sales and profit targets and report to the Sales Executive Director and Unit Head in close cooperation

The position can be performed 100% remotely within Czech Republic.
