Contract Manager with German Language

Your Responsibilities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
• Accompanying the procurement process
• Managing projects and maintaining responsibility for the planning, tracking and delivery
• Draft, prepare, review and edit all contracts
• Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained
• Create an overview of all projects and keep it up to date
• Client reports

Your Qualifications
• Comfortable working independently and as part of an international team
• Maths and basic IT knowledge
• Solid understanding of legal terminology
• Previous experience working with contract regulations is strongly preferred
• Negotiation skills, conscientiousness and strong attention to detail
• Capable of professionally managing confidential information
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office, especially Excels (formula knowledge is needed)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in German (minimum Level C1), English and Czech
