Main tasks:
Warranty service
Handling of goods arriving by post
Inspection of goods
Sending the goods to the service center where they will be checked
Administration by email and telephone

Requirements for the job:
Fluency in German and English
Completed secondary education
Able to work independently
User level MS Office knowledge
