UNIQA 4WARD is looking for an ambitious and service-oriented senior security advisor with broad range of knowledge and experience in Information Security, Business Continuity and Physical Security of a financial service provider and in project management.
What is your role?
Life doesn’t stand still here – it’s a fast-paced, challenging and incredibly rewarding place to work. You’ll take care of security projects throughout the lifecycle – from planning and execution to control and closure.
You will be working as member of the group security team having your working place in Bratislava and with reporting line to the Group Security Officer. You will steer a designated set of business units across the UNIQA Group and advice the local security experts on the implementation of group security policies/standards/guidelines and the effectiveness of security measures.
It’s part of your remit to support the development of local security procedures to mitigate security threats whilst proactively monitoring the security environment in order to priorities activities to support business goals and achievements. You’ll also consult business and IT functions in non-security projects regarding security risks and the definition of adequate measures.
It’s a great role for someone who enjoys building relationships. Typically steering 5-8 local security experts, you’ll ensure excellent communications with stakeholders, making sure they feel informed and involved every step of way. You’ll also enjoy bringing out the best in the local security organisation, whether that’s through sharing information and managing workloads or through coaching, encouragement and recognition of a job well done.

• language skills: English - Upper intermediate (B2), good command in German is an advantage
