UNIQA 4WARD is a growing company, a start-up within the well-established UNIQA Group. If you are a reliable, proactive team player with experience in the area of operational risk management, then we are looking for you. Join us on our journey and support our young and dynamic team!
You will contribute to the re-design and roll out of a group wide internal control system (ICS), which builds a core element within the operational risk management framework. You can look forward to an on-the-job training and strong support from our Headquarters in Vienna introducing you to future tasks and responsibilities. Additionally, we offer the possibility for personal development in your area of expertise for the years to come.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the re-design of the ICS and the operational risk management framework
• Participate in roll-outs of the newly adopted ICS approach in various international business units across Europe
• Support regular (group wide) operational risk management cycle (risk identification, risk evaluation and Solvency II reporting)
• Orchestrate risk assessments inside UNIQA Group's international business units
• Maintain underlying tools and reporting systems (risk2value, GRC)
