Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a new colleague in GUEST RELATION. For this role it is essential you speak fluent German and English, any other language is an advantage, especially Czech and Russian.
• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Manage player accounts and comps based on recorded play, comp availability and patron profitability.
• Act as a guest liaison, handle guest issues and resolve situations while providing an excellent guest service on and off duty.
• Assist in implementation of special events, player parties and accompanying guests to functions and events.
• Work the casino floor by looking for players who do not have certain benefits but deserve them. Make an introduction and explain the benefits.
• Represent the company with a professional demeanor on and off the property.
