Content Production Team Leader – native Czech/Slovak + Relocation bonus

Does this sound like you? We are looking for a Content Production Team Leader – native Czech/Slovak (m/f) to lead a new team of creative translators.

You will be responsible for:
• Managing 4-6-people team of translators
• Coordination of translations to provide timeline and high quality content for Czech and Slovak customers
• Supervision of SEO production
• Uploading content for Czech and Slovak customers – video, articles, inspirations
• Close cooperation with other departments and headquarter to ensure smooth workflow
• Establishing and managing cooperation with freelancers

You come with:
• Minimum two years of experience in leading a team – hiring, organizing its work, motivating, monitoring results and developing team members
• Native knowledge of Czech or Slovak language
• Accuracy, organizational and analytical skills
• Orientation to detail and high working standards
• Great communication skills which able you to cooperate with people on different levels of organization
• Good organization of own work
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluency in English or Polish (verified during recruitment)
