Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Logistics Manager will be responsible for optimizing the freight and logistics strategies & processes in order to achieve specific targets, e.g.: freight & logistics service levels, transport lead Times, freight & logistics cost reduction.
You would be part of Central Supply Chain Team and will cooperate with stakeholders of company, also on global level.
Main duties:
Develop and implement Freight & Logistics optimization strategies
Analyze, develop and lead implementation of logistics projects to improve service levels and/or reduce costs
PArticipate in the development and management of annual Freight and Logistics budget
Support management reporting and analysis of Freight and Logistics costs
Cooperate with stakeholders and other company entities on global level to optimize freight and logistics processes
Cooperate with global logistics company representatives to drive improvements on Freight Audit & Pay processes
Support logistic integration of Mergers & Acquisitions
Work on ad hoc projects

Experience with optimization of various way of transport (within Europe, globally preferred)
Strong people management skills
Fluent in English
