Working Student – Freight Management

What your new challenge will look like
As a member of the 4flow team, you will support our Freight Cost Specialists in guaranteeing a smooth invoice checking and self-billing process for our international clients in the automotive sector. Your tasks in this position will include:

• Front-line support for carriers to assure trouble-free self-billing process
• Communication with customers and assisting in case of inquiries in a solution-oriented manner
• Claims handling and clarifying discrepancies with carriers and other service providers
• Transportation cost analysis and direct reporting to customers
• Further development of freight management processes and alignment of processes across teams

Why you belong at 4flow

• Enrolled student (bachelor’s, master’s, or MBA) in economics, finance or a related field of study
• Preferably with previous practical experience as an intern or working student in the finance or transportation sector
• Working knowledge of MS Office and strong communication skills in Czech and English
• Team- and detail-oriented
• Interested in the field of logistics and excited to work in a dynamic and international environment
