Job description, responsibilities and duties

YOUR MAIN DUTIES
- Manage actual costs and analyse results for ZCC CZ: collaborate with ZCC Director and the Leaders of the different departments to ensure that we keep the spends below the budget and targets for ZCC CZ, and ensure that we deliver the income also set in the budget plan. Analyse monthly and year-to-date results, discuss with line manager and perform the identified actions to drive performance
- Budgeting and build rolling forecast for ZCC CZ: preparation of the financial plan for each year for the given entities for ZCC CZ, build the forecast every month for the rest of the year in cooperation with the Package Owners of the ZCC
- Manage the financials of the RCC in Prague: build the budget for the organization, ensure that it is delivered in the actuals by closely monitoring them and taking corrective actions as needed, prepare the forecast, ensure that Service Fee is charged on a correct way from legal, tax and financial performance perspective. Align with Global Tax, Legal and Supply, and manage the Global and Zone contacts
- Taxation and obligatory statistical reporting for ABI CZ: ensure that taxes (Corporate Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Disability Tax, Innovation Contribution and Social Charges) are calculated, booked and paid correctly (including deferred taxes) for ABI CZ by guiding the tax expert in Global Capability Centre (GCC) and working with the external tax services provider (BDO). Ensure that all compulsory statistical reports are correctly calculated and filed to the relevant authorities
- Financial Statement preparation and statutory audit, internal control for ABI CZ: ensure that the full financial statement package is prepared and disclosed in time and in full for ABI CZ, ensure that mid-year and final statutory audits, just like other investigations from authorities run smoothly, no dispersions to be reported and no penalty to be paid. Ensure compliance to internal controls and policies, perform quarterly MICS assessments
- Corporate legal for ABI CZ: manage corporate legal for ABI CZ with the support of the external legal services provider, e.g. review and correct contracts and Service Level Agreements as needed, arrange share holders resolutions, manage changes in the executives, etc.

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

YOUR GENERAL SKILLS
- Interpersonal skills (impact and influence), with seniors of the company and also from different locations in the World
- Strong analytical skills and excel knowledge
- Presentation skills
- Working with SAP ERP and any Business Intelligence applications
- VBA or macro writing is an advantage
- Experience in taxation and chartered accountant certificate is an advantage

YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years experience in finance or controlling and in accounting

YOUR LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Fluency in English
Czech, Hungarian or Russian/Ukrainian is an advantage

YOUR EDUCATION LEVEL / TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Education level: Graduate degree
- Technical skills: Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point) / SAP ERP/ Business Intelligence Tools
