Our international team of 500 Logistics, HR and Finance specialists are always looking for new ways to refresh and create products, build stronger brands and have a positive impact on consumers and the communities where we live and work.
Your main tasks will be fulfilling daily duties in the team, performing order processing and solving challenging situations. Follow up on ad-hoc issues, stocks, promotions, empties and reports. Analyzing and handling complaints, ensuring deliveries to customers according to agreed SLAs.
The role:
• Perform daily routines such as planning order, order allocation, slot booking in customer’s systems, managing of empties return from the customers and follow up on ad-hoc issues
• Meeting daily deadlines to fulfil customer requests of deliveries with lead times of 12 hours up to 48 hours within the Belgian market
• Managing orders – correct goods, sent to the right location on time and in full as per their requests
• Maintaining clear communication towards Logistics, Front Office, Commercial Supply, Inventory Deployment and Transport Planning teams
• Planning promotional deliveries
• Make the right decisions together with Inventory Deployment and Transport to deliver goods in the most efficient way

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Dutch - Upper intermediate (B2) or French - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
Who we’re looking for:
• Good written and spoken knowledge of English and Dutch or French
• 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing or transport
• Able to work on own initiative and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or SAP is an advantage
• Assertiveness and good communication skills
• Proactiveness
• Flexibility and resilience
• Punctual and fast learning person
