Your main tasks will be verification and analysis of warranty claims for our
client: investigate warranty claims, facilitate recovery, and assign appropriate
responsibilities. In addition, you will conduct and review monthly reporting,
run queries and document the validated warranties. We are looking for both
junior and more experienced profiles!

WHAT WE WOULD REQUIRE:

* Ability to proficiently communicate in FRENCH (C1/B2) AND ENGLISH (C1)
* 0-3 years of relevant working experience in analytical positions (preferable
areas: warranty/supply chain/automotive industry)
* Expert level capability in use of desktop software (MS Office Suite, with
focus on Excel)
* Strong interpersonal skills to deal with suppliers, warranty engineers, etc.
* Data processing accuracy, detail oriented, and ability to evaluate/research a
warranty claim
* Be ready to learn new competencies – we will teach you everything you need
to know about our internal tools and systems, but we need you to WANT TO LEARN!
