Job description, responsibilities and duties

Executive Support Coordinator provides professional administrative and coordination support to Austrian, Swiss and German Accenture TOP managers in a virtual environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Coordinating daily work agenda for German speaking TOP managers
* Assisting with scheduling of appointments
* Arranging conference calls or video conferences
* Planning daily agenda for managers (booking flights, taxi, hotels, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:

* Upper Intermediate level of German and English both written and spoken
* Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet is required
* Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
* Professional way of communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent customer service skills
