Job description, responsibilities and duties
PURPOSE OF JOB:
Guiding users over the phone and processing of purchase requisition tasks.
Solving issues arising in connection with procurement processes in Accenture and
client`s tools. Candidate will be responsible for learning business processes
related to client specific needs and interfacing with vendors. Apart from this,
candidate will support team supervisor and Team Lead in non-operational
activities.

PURCHASE REQUISITION
* Processing of incoming Purchase requisitions
* Processing of Spot buys
* Updating and maintaining category card instructions
ADDITIONAL TASKS MAY ALSO INCLUDE:
* Assisted buy desk
* Guiding users over phone
* Resolving incoming queries from customers
* Processing requests to add new suppliers to the purchasing system
* Resolving invoicing issues
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
* Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build strong relationships
over the phone without meeting suppliers or customers on a regular basis)
* Analytical mindset
* Background in procurement or logistics will be an advantage
* Advanced knowledge in Excel, Word and Powerpoint will be an advantage
* Fluent Swedish (written and spoken)
* Advanced English (written and spoken)
