Are you interested to gain new experience in HR? Accenture is currently seeking
Junior HR Advisors!
Junior HR Advisor is in direct contact with the client supporting HR personnel
in queries related to usage of the client's HR applications, doing data quality
analysis and identifying the origin of incorrect data. Furthermore, the HR
Advisor may be requested to be involved in cross-training for other processes or
client, or continuous improvement projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide HR tool support to the client
* Interact with the HR personnel via phone calls or emails
* Analyze quality of data
* Understand data flow and detect the root cause of incorrect data
* Identify the most appropriate solution to a specific data flow problem
* Deal with user concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Liaise with external providers or HR Specialists, when technical support or
HR expertise support is required
REQUIREMENTS:
* English language on advanced level, Dutch language on proficiency level
* Minimum higher education required
* Previous experience in HR information system is an advantage but not
essential
* Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
* Ability to solve complex issues
* Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to learn and use efficiently different computer systems
* Customer-oriented
* Good communication skills (internal & external)
* Proactive, taking initiative and actively think about improvements
* Good organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
* Flexibility to take on additional responsibility and tasks
* Ability to provide backup to other team members when required
* Motivated, positive personality and attitude, willingness to work in
multinational environment
