Join a dynamic team specializing in replenishment of hospitals across Europe and
Middle East.
Hospital Supply Chain Back Office Specialist ensures optimal stock availability
for hospitals across Europe and Middle East through raising POs, vendor
management and direct liaison with Hospital Operations teams. Back Office
Specialist also ensures stock levels are accurately maintained.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

* Placement of purchase orders to predetermined suppliers
* Received material booking into system
* Monitoring of the delivery process as well as communication with suppliers
* Logistic complaints handling & follow-up
* Processing consumed material from hospital stocks
* Monthly inventory reconciliation
* Invoicing and invoice issue resolution

ARE YOU OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE?

* High School Diploma (minimum)
* Full working proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
* Experience with Supply Chain is desirable
* Customer oriented approach
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize
* Confidence in communication
* Ability to embrace fast-paced environment and occasionally unpredictable
events
* Agility and respect of deadlines
* General computer literacy with advanced knowledge of MS Excel
* Knowledge of SAP (Materials Management or Supply Chain) is highly desirable
* Analytical skills (ability to interpret trends and issues from large volumes
of unstructured data)
* EU citizenship
