JOB SPECIFICATION:
Executive Support Coordinator provides professional executive and administrative
support to Austrian, Swiss and German Accenture Managing Directors in a virtual
environment.

Responsibilities:

* Calendar management, coordinating daily schedule for German speaking Managing
Directors
* Organizing / Coordinating meetings, events, conference calls,
video-conferences
* Managing travel arrangements
* Coordination with internal as well as external parties
* Developing relationships with executives’ clients and their Executive
Support Analysts
