JOB DESCRIPTION

THIS WILL BE YOUR FUTURE TEAM:

We are a team of Sourcing Project Management Specialists from all around the
world running projects for our multinational technology client. Our everyday job
includes end-to-end execution of procurement projects as well as stakeholder and
vendor management. Even though projects are managed individually, team members
collaborate jointly to review and quality check other peers’ projects.

THIS WILL BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE:

* You will be working on different projects and supporting different
stakeholders in EMEA region.
* You will be in contact with the stakeholder (project owner) on daily basis.
* You will be managing and executing Request for Information (RFI), Request for
Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ) and e-Auction events for the client
using e-sourcing tools (Ariba).
* You will be working collaboratively with the client to define the best
sourcing strategy, overall project scope, business requirements and budget
spending plan.
* You will be preparing and finalizing tender documentation on behalf of the
client.
* You will be enrolled in projects related to Professional Services, Marketing,
IT, Telecommunications and Events among other indirect categories.
* You will onboard and manage vendors in each sourcing event.
* You will analyze data received from vendors and present current market trends
to the stakeholders.
* You will negotiate final pricing and business conditions along with the
stakeholder.
* You will work as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them to find the
best vendors
* You will collaborate with the contract creation and signature process.
* You will have the opportunity to cooperate in process improvements of daily
work.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

THIS IS WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE:

* You are client oriented and independent worker
* You have minimum 2 year experience in procurement or customer service
* You like challenges and dynamic work
* You are detail oriented person and you have analytical and problem solving
skills
* You are experienced in MS Office package and not afraid of creating graphs,
presentations etc.
* You have great communication/negotiation skills
* You speak fluent English and German

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
