Translator with French & English

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Join an interesting project supporting an international pharmaceutical company
by providing translation and case processing services. Currently the team is
looking for a French and English speaker who would join it as a translator in
the drug safety area.

The primary role of the translator is to process and translate reports on
drug-induced adverse reactions from local language (French) into English.

Additionally, the translator’s role entails the analysis of individual safety
reports in English and summarization of the essential information.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Translate Case information from French to English
* Data enter the relevant information into the client tool in English
* Perform safety case processing in accordance with Standard Operating
Procedure of the client and global regulatory requirements
* Conduct translations with accuracy
* Understand and abide deadlines without compromising on quality
* Ensure Quality standards are met as laid out by the client and Accenture
* Ensure compliance with Business policy and contractual requirements of
Accenture
* Make necessary corrections when applicable
* Trigger follow-up
* Demonstrate the ability to work as a part of the team
* Willing to learn new processes, concepts and skills

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor’s Degree (minimum 3 years) or higher education in any field
* English language proficiency at C1 level or higher
* Fluency in French at C1 level or higher
* Ability to enter large quantities of data with high degree of quality
* Good typing speed
* Good computer literacy
* Medical educational background / knowledge of medical terminology is
advantage
* Medical working experience is preferred
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic
* Detail-oriented
