JOB SPECIFICATION:

Our internal Accenture Workplace Solutions is looking for a Security & Safety
coordinator, who will be primarily responsible for coordination and supervision
of the facilities in our Chodov offices. You would be responsible for the
revision and communication with A/C vendors, and our security tools and devices.
You would also be responsible for regional coordination of our contractor
management tool – it would be a great chance to communicate with other
Accenture offices in Europe!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Disposal of documents in accordance with ISO27001 management
* Management of Tier 1 requests – great opportunity to learn ServiceNow, a
useful tool!
* Parking management
* Security/Life & Safety training of vendors and contractors

REQUIREMENTS:

* Fluent level of Czech & English (oral and written)
* Advanced level of MS Office
* Strong organizational skills
* Be able to multitask
* Team player
* Superior interpersonal and customer relationship skills and the ability to
work effectively with a wide range of constituencies
* Flexibility with occasional work during state holidays as a result of
supporting a regional team
