JOB SPECIFICATION:
Our internal Accenture Workplace Solutions is looking for a Security & Safety
coordinator, who will be primarily responsible for coordination and supervision
of the facilities in our Chodov offices. You would be responsible for the
revision and communication with A/C vendors, and our security tools and devices.
You would also be responsible for regional coordination of our contractor
management tool – it would be a great chance to communicate with other
Accenture offices in Europe!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Disposal of documents in accordance with ISO27001 management
• Management of Tier 1 requests – great opportunity to learn ServiceNow, a
useful tool!
• Parking management
• Security/Life & Safety training of vendors and contractors
REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluent level of Czech & English (oral and written)
• Advanced level of MS Office
• Strong organizational skills
• Be able to multitask
• Team player
• Superior interpersonal and customer relationship skills and the ability to
work effectively with a wide range of constituencies
• Flexibility with occasional work during state holidays as a result of
supporting a regional team
