This will be your future team:

We are a small, international team supporting internal client – meaning Accenture employees. We assist employees from 14 countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Italy, Russia, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, South Africa, Nigeria) and right now, we are looking for a colleague who will be in daily contact with the employees of Accenture Czech Republic.


This will be your future role:
As an HR Agent, you will be helping people on the phone and via internal tools with any HR related questions they might have. You enjoy communication and you are open to assist people who can sometimes feel lost in internal policies, HR regulations and Czech Labor law.

Examples of what you will be handling:
• Helping people to utilize Accenture benefits (which we have a wide range of)
• Answering questions regarding vacation and other leave-of-absence related topics
• Issuing employment confirmation documents
• Guiding fellow employees through the corporate jungle, sharing your knowledge

You will have experienced colleagues helping you to get started; however, before you know it, you will become an expert yourself, helping the others.

This is what you already have:
• You enjoy communication and you are fluent in Czech and English (not a must, but good to have: Polish, Russian, Slovakian)
• You have at least basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• You like to give customers the best service possible
• You enjoy getting to the core of issues and you do not leave any detail out
