Job Description:
Working as a Customer Advisor with Russian and English you are responsible for friendly and effective customer technical telephone support for customers with technical questions which are concerning smart phones and different telecommunication devices.
Everything we do is in service of the client. Everything we build grows out of their needs.
Duties include:
• Communicate with customers via phone
• Identify customer needs and resolving mostly soft related issues.

• Communicate with customers via phone
• Identify customer needs and resolving mostly soft related issues.

1. Friendly and international team, modern office close to the city centre and next to metro station;
2. Initial trainings with focus on communication with customers skills and technical details
3. Employment contract for 40 hours per week with probable prolongation after one year;
4. Competitive salary plus bonuses and benefits;
5. Flexible shifts between 6 am till 10pm Czech time. Each of them has 9 hours – 8 working plus 1 hour lunch break;
6. Working days: Monday-Sunday. Work on Saturdays and Sunday is 10% extra paid;
7. Vacation: 4 weeks of paid vacation per calendar year.
