RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Process new hires, leaves, employee status changes, and other employee lifecycle events
▪ Process pay changes, including promotions and ad other salary modifications
▪ Create and update process related documentation
▪ Conduct data quality reviews, monitor and correct processing errors
▪ Perform mass data uploads
▪ Maintain employee files and records to meet given requirements
▪ Assist team members with problems, concerns, or questions relating to employee data, jobs and positions, and compensation and pay administration

This position provides data administration and maintenance support for processes related to the employee lifecycle and compensation, including documentation creation / updates. This position also provides information related to HR policies, HR data processing, problem resolution, and follow up for the HR Operations (HR Ops).
