* The development of growth initiatives and follow-up sales leads within defined market segments
* Selling the Orbitalum product range, reporting and planning of activities in the dedicated sales territory and / or market segment
* The achievement of individual sales budget and regularly reviewing of sales performance with the Sales Manager East Europe
* Gaining a clear understanding of the customers businesses and requirements and market segments
* Identify and map key end users in line with the growth initiatives as defined in the Annual Plan and Long Range Plan
* To provide commercial and technical support to its network of distributors and end customers
* Maintaining and developing long-term and excellent relationships with major end customers and distributors
* Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and company presentations
* Reporting
