Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* Higher education (ideally Economics)
* Czech/Slovak language MUST HAVE + fluent English
* Approximately 5 years´ experience in B2B on the same position (in large company)
* Knowledge of FMCG environment or consultancy company
* Objective oriented person, very good leadership and motivational skills
* Analytical and numerical understanding
* Excellent communication skills and result driven
* Orientation on solution; thinking in opportunities and solutions
